The boring, necessary page
What this site knows about you
Almost nothing, and this page says exactly what. No account, no login, no profile, no advertising, and nothing sold or shared with anyone for money. If something here is wrong or you want your data out, write to me and I will deal with it myself.

Who is responsible
Václav Kňourek, Prague, Czech Republic. Questions, corrections and deletion requests all go to [email protected] and reach me, not an assistant.
If you give me your email
The newsletter is the only place this site asks for anything about you. If you subscribe, your address is stored in two places: a table on this site’s own server, and Brevo, which sends the emails. The only other things kept with it are the language you subscribed in, the date, and which page you did it from: no name unless you write one, no tracking pixel, no purchase history, because there is nothing to buy.
There is one thing worth saying plainly: unsubscribing happens through the link at the foot of every email, which stops the sending immediately but does not erase the row on this server. If you want that gone as well, write to me and I will delete it.
A subscriber row stays until you ask for it to be deleted; nothing expires it on its own today.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The banner you saw is about exactly one thing: Google Analytics, which sets two (_ga and _ga_RL315617N0) and tells me how many people read a page. Until you press accept, nothing from Google is loaded at all — not the script, not a request. If you decline, any Google cookie already on your device is deleted.
Four things are remembered inside your own browser and never sent anywhere: your answer to the cookie banner, how far you got in the leadership check, which reading sheet you chose on an article, and which reaction you left on one. Clearing your browser data removes all four.
The digital business card is the exception, and in your favour. It shows no banner because it sets no cookie: Google Analytics runs there with storage switched off, so it counts that the card was opened without keeping anything that could recognise you if you opened it again.
One thing is outside my control and you should know it. This site sits behind Cloudflare, which counts visits at its own edge before the page reaches you. It sets no cookie and builds no profile, but it happens whatever you choose in the banner, because the choice is made in the page and the counting happens before the page.
What gets counted without you
Three things are counted, and none of them can be traced back to a person. How many people pressed each reaction on an article. How many people chose each answer in the leadership check — a number per option, never a run, never a result, and your own answers stay in your browser. And, to stop the same machine flooding a form, a one-way scrambled fingerprint of an address plus the hour, which cannot be turned back into an address and is thrown away within a couple of hours.
Other people’s things on these pages
Booking a call opens Fantastical, which is someone else’s service with its own policy. A video or a post embedded in a page loads nothing from YouTube, Instagram or LinkedIn until you click the placeholder — before that click, they do not know you were here. Fonts and search are served from this site, so neither tells anyone anything.
What you can ask for
A copy of anything I hold about you, a correction, or deletion. In practice that means your email address, because it is the only thing there is. Write to [email protected]; there is no form and no ticket number, and I answer it myself.
